David Kezio Musoke

Managing Partner – Strategy

David-Kezio is a co-founder of Inspire and has many years of Communications and PR practice, currently specializing in digital engagement, reputation and stakeholder management. He works with clients to help deliver creative communications strategies, from planning through to delivery. He leads on the strategic direction of communications activities, as well as oversee and advise on creative content and delivery.

Julius Mbaraga

Managing Partner – Media & Content

Julius has significant experience in Events Management, Communication, PR practice and currently specializes in preparing and delivering communications strategies for a variety of projects. He has worked as an event manager, a media personality and as a corporate communications manager for a number of companies including the Events Factory; one of the leading Event Management companies in Rwanda, Africa Improved Foods, Pernod Ricard (Jameson and Absolute Vodka brands) and Jhpiego among others.

Moses Gahigi

Media Relations

Moses K Gahigi has practiced journalism for over eight years, starting out at The New Times (Rwanda’s leading English daily) and later joining Nation Media’s The East African/Rwanda Today where he still contributes. He has vast experience in Rwanda’s media, as well as practical understanding of the country’s PR landscape, with acquired skills and strategies for brand visibility and reputation management.

David Mugerwa

Digital Products Lead

David manages incoming and outgoing projects for the creative team from quotation to completion and all the steps in between. And when duty calls, he puts his design hat on to help out producing the wide variety of creative materials including public consultations, presentations and brochures. His vast knowledge of web design also comes in handy from time to time.
